Hi, i’ve stripped a solid maple desk and am researching the best way to finish it. the wood is very uneven in color, and i want it to look like natural wood, but with an even color. should i seal with that cn sealcoat product, or the bulls eye sealcoat shellac diluted by 50% with denatured alcohol?.
